Entrepreneur Gala 2024 – Exciting gala atmosphere at Logomo
The Entrepreneur Gala 2024 is the main event of the year for Entrepreneurs of Southwest Finland, which brings together entrepreneurs to celebrate success and reward those who have achieved merit. This year, the gala was held at Logomo in Turku, and we at Kuja Media had the honor of producing the event’s technical solutions from start to finish. Over 800 participants were able to enjoy an unforgettable evening, backed by carefully planned and implemented technology.
Comprehensive technical production
The technical production of the Entrepreneur Gala was extensive and included several areas:
- Lighting: We implemented spectacular lighting in Logomo’s main venue, which created a dignified and festive atmosphere. Over 100 controllable lights illuminated the stage and audience areas perfectly.
- Video production: We implemented impressive LED video walls and implemented a multi-camera production that recorded the events on stage and presented them to the audience in real time. The screen materials designed by Kuja complemented the visual ensemble.
- Sound system: We were responsible for the venue’s sound system, ensuring that speeches, music, and performances were clearly heard by every participant.
- Stage manager: Kuja’s stage manager ensured the event ran smoothly.
