Radisson wanted to make a spectacular entrance to its concept and organize a wonderful event with invited guests to celebrate the milestone. We were invited to plan and implement the event, the goal of which was to highlight a modern and bold brand without forgetting the visitor experience, where atmosphere and quality would be at the center.   <\/p>\n<h3>Design process<\/h3>\n<p> The RED brand played an important role in the planning of the event from the beginning. All visual and technical solutions were made strictly according to the brand&#8217;s instructions. In particular, the hotel&#8217;s bold, bold red color scheme was visible in every detail, creating a unified and powerful visual look for the entire event.   <\/p>\n<h3>Production<\/h3>\n<p> The event wanted to emphasize experientiality and atmosphere. We tackled this challenge by utilizing carefully selected light and sound solutions: the DJ was responsible for the event&#8217;s music, supported by a top-level sound system  DJ equipment. A high-quality sound experience for the whole evening was guaranteed.   <\/p>\n<h3>Key solutions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Decorative and effect lights<\/strong>: We were able to create an atmosphere with effect lights that emphasized the hotel&#8217;s brand color in red tones. The yard lights were designed to match the theme of the event, and they created an impressive first impression for the guests right from the entrance area. <\/li>\n<li><strong>LED video screen<\/strong>: We built a large LED video wall on top of the stage elements, which served as a spectacular \u2013 visual and informative \u2013 support element for the opening program: the video wall was used to display the hotel&#8217;s brand materials and presentations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creating the atmosphere<\/strong>: The atmosphere played a central role in the event, and every detail we designed supported this goal. The DJ&#8217;s music, lighting and visual elements combined to create an elegant yet energetic environment. In this way, we were able to reflect Radisson RED&#8217;s high-quality and bold brand.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Result<\/h3>\n<p> The guest reception was a success: the guests were impressed by the bold and modern look of the hotel, and the atmosphere remained energetic throughout the evening. Every aspect of the event, from sound, lighting, decoration and video wall, supported the Radisson RED brand and made the event an unforgettable experience.  <\/p>\n<h3>Final thoughts<\/h3>\n<p> This project showed once again how important it is to strongly involve the client&#8217;s brand in the design process right from the beginning. The success of the event was based on the fact that all elements \u2014 coloring, lighting and sound \u2014 supported the hotel&#8217;s brand&#8217;s bold and stylish look, creating the right kind of atmosphere. The right technology choices make the customer experience excellent, and the visitor may not even realize that it is a special occasion: you could think of the choices as an integral part of the space. For example, the LED video wall proved to be a particularly effective way to communicate and make an impact on the participants. The more the visitor can be immersed in the event, the better.
